Remote Troubleshooting

Remote troubleshooting requires a handy DIY type of person to be on location and on the phone with us. They'll need a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work and the basic tools necessary to receive/execute troubleshooting instructions accurately. If the above criteria cannot be met, we recommend that you hire a local professional to perform the troubleshooting in person on their own. If you need help finding a local professional, we're happy to assist (for current clients only).
